The Town Of Sayreville, New Jersey
Sayreville is located in Middlesex county, New Jersey. It is the home town of roughly 44,000 individuals and growing. Sayreville is 18.7 square miles of land and water. The Clay deposits have also been used for scientific discovery. Over one
hundred species of insects and plants have been found fossilized in the amber. Most of these species were from over 90 million years ago. At that time in history, Sayreville was a tropical climate. These fossils are museum quality and were studied and published in the American Museum of Natural History.
